Rosemary VitaGrow Gummies
The growth-boosting supplement for your hair.
Hair is built at the follicle, below the skin, from the nutrients your body has available at the time. VitaGrow is the inside half of the job biotin, B6 and folic acid alongside rosemary and AnaGain® pea sprout extract, in two strawberry gummies a day. No tablets, no capsules, no aftertaste. This page covers how to take them and what to expect.
How To Use
Two gummies a day. One jar is a month. That’s genuinely the whole thing.
Your Weekly Hair Ritual
HOW LONG BEFORE I NOTICE ANYTHING?
THE HONEST ANSWER
Three months minimum, and that isn’t us managing your expectations — it’s how hair works. Every hair on your head sits in one of three phases:
growing, transitioning, or resting before it sheds. At any moment most of your hair is in the growing phase, but the hair currently emerging at your scalp was formed weeks ago. Nothing you take today shows up tomorrow. Hair grows roughly 1cm a month, so:
Weeks 1–4 — nothing visible yet. Some people notice nails first,
which tends to be the earliest sign anything has changed.
Weeks 4–8 — the hair being formed at the follicle now is growing under different conditions to before, but it hasn’t reached the surface.
Weeks 8–12 — the first hair grown entirely since you started becomes visible. This is the earliest point at which judging
it is fair.
Months3–6 — the window where most people say they noticed a difference. Take photographs at the start so you have something to compare against, because gradual change is almost impossible to see day to day.
Missed a day? It genuinely doesn’t matter — just take two
the next day rather than doubling up. Consistency across months is what counts, not perfection across days.

- You want something simple enough that you’ll actually stick to it for three months

What To Expect
KEY BENEFITS
- Biotin for normal hair: Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair. It’s the best-established nutrient in this space and the reason it leads the formula.
- Support for protein metabolism: Hair is largely keratin, a protein. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, and folic acid contributes to normal amino acid synthesis.
- Energy and cell division: Vitamin B6 and folic acid both contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and folic acid contributes to the process of cell division.
- A supplement you’ll actually take: Strawberry flavoured, no added sugar, no capsules to swallow. Adherence is the single biggest reason supplement routines fail, and this one removes the excuse.
HOW IT FITS YOUR ROUTINE
The simplest version.
Two gummies with breakfast, jar kept next to the kettle or the coffee machine. Visible storage is the most reliable predictor of whether anyone finishes a supplement — out of sight really is out of mind.
The full routine.
VitaGrow daily, plus the Rosemary Hair Oil Intense Growth Syrup on your scalp two to three times a week. One works on what the follicle has to build with; the other works on the environment it’s building in. Running both is how most of our customers use the range..
The realistic one.
No water needed, nothing to swallow, nothing to refrigerate. Decant a week’s worth into a small tin or pot for a trip and keep the jar sealed at home. The weeks you’re busiest are the ones people usually drop the habit, so plan for those specifically.

PAIR WITH
Inside and outside
Our Marie Claire award winner and the natural counterpart.VitaGrow covers the nutritional side; the Syrup works directly on the scalp.Together they cover both halves of the same problem, which is how most peoplerun the range.
Sulphate-free and silicone-free, so you aren’t undoing thework at the wash stage. Gentle washing is the least glamorous part of a growthroutine and one of the most important.
Two minutes of scalp massage a day costs nothing and pairs neatly with a daily supplement habit — both work on consistency rather than intensity.
Frequently asked questions
Two gummies a day, ideally with or just after a meal. Don’t exceed two — taking more won’t speed anything up.
Exactly one month. Sixty gummies at two a day. Most people order three at a time, because three months is the minimum realistic run.
Yes, and please mention it. Biotin supplements can interfere with certain laboratory blood tests — including thyroid and cardiac tests — and produce misleading results. Always tell your doctor or nurse that you take a biotin supplement before any blood test, and follow their advice on whether to pause beforehand.
Check the label first. A lot of multivitamins and hair, skin and nail products already contain biotin, and there’s no benefit to doubling up. If in doubt, ask a pharmacist — they’ll do it in thirty seconds.
Nothing happens. Take your usual two the following day rather than four. What matters here is months of consistency, not a perfect record.
Realistically, three months before it’s fair to judge, and three to six months before most people say they noticed. Hair grows around 1cm a month and the hair at your scalp today was formed weeks ago. Take a photo on day one — gradual change is very hard to see without one.
They do different jobs. The gummies supply nutrients through your system; the oils work directly on the scalp and the hair itself. Neither replaces the other, and most people who are serious about a routine use both.
Yes. Plant-based with no gelatine.
No added sugar, no artificial colours and no artificial sweeteners. Full nutritional information is on the jar.
Not suitable for under-18s.
Speak to your GP or midwife first. They’ll be able to advise on how this fits with anything else you’ve been asked to take.
Somewhere cool and dry with the lid firmly closed, out of direct sunlight and out of reach of young children. Heat is what makes gummies clump together.
